Job Description:

1. Key Responsibilities:
2. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
4. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to adapt our sales approach.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and assist in handling complex real estate transactions.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns to attract potential clients.
7. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
8. Manage the sales department budget and optimize resources for profitability.
9. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the team's performance.
10. Assist in negotiating real estate deals, especially in complex or high-value transactions. 

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in real estate sales with a successful track record.
3. Strong leadership and management skills.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
6. Proficiency in real estate software and tools for listing and CRM management.
